By combining pressure die casting, gravity die casting, in-house tooling, machining, and post-processing under one roof, we maintain close control over critical manufacturing parameters. This integrated approach reduces dependency on external vendors, shortens development cycles, and ensures alignment between design intent and manufacturing output.

Our casting capabilities include both high-pressure die casting and gravity die casting, enabling us to support a wide range of component designs, sizes, and performance requirements. While pressure die casting supports high-volume, dimensionally consistent components, gravity die casting allows for enhanced mechanical properties, reduced porosity, and superior surface finish for select applications.

Tooling is a core strength within our capabilities. Our in-house toolroom supports the design, manufacture, and maintenance of pressure die casting dies and moulds, allowing tighter process control and faster response during development and production. Tool performance is closely monitored to ensure repeatability, dimensional accuracy, and tool life stability.
